Call the toll free number on the back of your key labeledKIM VOICE.

Unable to Sync or Error 05

Please change both eSYNC phone numbers in your DisplayKEY: (RE: Page 26 in the DisplayKey Pocket Guide)

  1. PressENTERto turn on your DisplayKey.
  2. Scroll down to theESYNC PHONE #menu option.
  3. Press1to select the first phone number.
  4. Enter the following number using the DisplayKey keypad:18005904857
  5. PressENTERto save the phone number.
  6. The key will now turn itself off.

To perform a Manual eSYNC, follow the steps below: (RE: Page 25 in the DisplayKey Pocket Guide)

  1. PressENTERto turn on your DisplayKey.
  2. Scroll down to theMANUAL ESYNCmenu option.
  3. PressENTERto perform this action.
  4. Place the key on the cradle.
